Breakage and damage

In fact, it can happen.
Since wooden game pieces are by no means "unbreakable", as popular belief occasionally thinks, we want to explain here what to do if:

•     the donkey's left or right ear,
•     the angel's wings have flown half or all of it,
•     the beloved camel suddenly looks completely headless into the world,
•     or the elephant stands there shamefaced without a trunk.

Trompet out ?      NO!!!
Give it to me, we'll make it healthy again!

We are happy to repair your patients professionally in our hospital.

If this is not possible, we will together consider a possible replacement for the damaged patient.

Wrap your damaged figure in a package for the post office, send it to us, we will contact you with a cost estimate and then we will look further.
