Ordering and shipping conditions

here in the Buntspechte store around the clock, conveniently and securely.
We take orders personally on the phone 07933-1478 from Monday to Friday 9-12.00 and 15-18.00. At all other times our answering machine will take your order.
If you start your fax machine with the number 07933-203 224, your order will also reach us this way.

Domestic shipping costs
For shipping costs within Germany we charge a flat rate of 5.20 Euro per delivery.
From a value of goods of 150.- Euro free of charge.
Shipping costs abroad
The individual costs are displayed accurately in the order checkout. For deliveries abroad we always charge the actual shipping costs.
We carry out orders only against prepayment.
Shipping
We deliver our packages with DHL directly to your home. Ideally, your letter carrier will bring the package or parcel.
Delivery to your DHL parcel store for self-collection is another shipping option.
The order is usually delivered within a week at the latest.
Before Christmas we ship for you until Christmas Eve.
Gift service
Do you want to make others happy? Just give us the desired delivery address and we will send the invoice directly to you.
Minimum order value
there is no minimum order value, which means that we also deliver small orders.
Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when you have taken delivery of the goods. The prices at the time of the order are valid.
Until full payment, the goods remain our property. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bad Mergentheim/Germany.
UN-purchase right does not apply.
Right of return
Upon receipt, please check the shipment for completeness and damage.
If you do not like something, you have within 14 days full right to exchange and return.
Returns must be prepaid.
Prices
All prices are in Euro including the legal German sales tax. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in the value added tax.
With the appearance of a new price list, previous prices lose their validity.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Buntspechte Holzfiguren Manufaktur Creglingen until final payment.
Warranty
The legal warranty regulations apply.
Excluded from the warranty are damages that are due to natural wear and tear, improper use and lack of or improper care.
The limitation period for legal claims for defects is 2 years and begins with the date of delivery, i.e. receipt of the goods by the buyer.
